1:00                      PARADE STARTS AT BEACH 129TH AND NEWPORT AVE

 

 

 REVIEWING STAND IS LOCATED BEACH 105TH ROCKAWAY BEACH BLVD WHERE HONOREES AND

 INVITED GUESTS WILL REVIEW THE PARADE.  -- PARADE ENDS AT BEACH 102ND, STREET

ROCKAWAY BEACH BLVD.  TURN RIGHT UNTO SHORE FRONT PKWY  AMPLE PROVIDED FOR BUS'S ETC.

 

POST PARADE AWARDS

 

4:00   ------  6:30    AWARDS CEREMONY AT THE ST. CAMILLUS CHURCH HALL

AT BEACH 100TH STREET BY BEACH CHANNEL DRIVE  OPEN TO ALL MARCHERS.  

TROPHIES WILL BE GIVEN FOR BEST MARCHING UNIT, BEST PIPE BAND, BEST FAILTE

TROPHY, BEST BAGPIPE BAND, BEST FIRE DEPARTMENT, BEST HIGH SCHOOL BAND, 

BEST OVER ALL MARCHING UNIT, ALONG WITH SOME SECOND PLACE TROPHIES.

  PLEASE NOTE A MEMBER FROM EACH GROUP MUST

  BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE THEIR TROPHY

 

NEW:  NO GROUP CAN MARCH UNLESS WE HAVE A SIGNED AND NOTARIZED

RELEASE FORM ON FILE PRIOR TO THE START OF THE PARADE.

INSURANCE REGULATIONS

 

HONOREES WILL BE GIVEN THEIR PLACQUES AND PROCLAMATIONS AT THE AWARDS CEREMONIES
